The Confessions of a Non-Perfectionist

Life is sweet and life is fun
Life is fast and always on run

There is little time to stare at one thing
I must just browse and not let cling

I do enough to get it done
When a walk is enough, why make it run?

But doing it breezy, leaves some stone unturned
Some ground uncovered and details unheard

Sadly ,, it is done, but never over
I takeoff often, but never hover

I fix a patch here and there
And then one more hole comes up and glare

The sparkle is missed by the time I get it right
At the end it’s my hind-sight, that I fight
